Basics of my practice

My approach to therapy is based on integrative principles. This means that I aim to meet clients needs in terms of their readiness for change and at their pace. At times Play Therapy is a suitable approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative or Solution Based Therapy may be more suitable to a client’s needs at other times.

The therapeutic approach is based on the needs of the client.
