Wellness: Reflecting while Gazing Ahead
As we glance back at the many months of 2021 past, while gazing ahead towards the budding prospects of 2022 we may feel a need to pause. For some, pausing may mean taking time out in December to reconnect with loved ones and to share experiences, joys and sorrows around the dinner table. For others this may take on the form of completing a task which has been put on hold or by practicing a new routine which upholds a balanced life. Such a routine may embrace activities such as meditation, running or taking time to soak up some sunshine. Include something that makes you happy into each day this December and carry it into the new year with a smile.
